Terms of Service

1. The event
The Digital Loom takes place October 10, 2026 at the JUMP Pioneer Room, 1000 W Myrtle St, Boise, ID, produced by OpulX Media, a division of OpulenceX Inc. (“we”, “us”). Doors open 6:00 PM. The programme may be adjusted; headline experiences will be delivered or ticket holders offered a proportionate remedy.
2. Tickets
Tickets are delivered by email as unique QR codes — one per attendee. Each QR admits one person once. Keep your codes private; anyone presenting a valid, unused code will be admitted. Tickets are refundable until October 3, 2026 via hello@opulx.io; they may be forwarded to another attendee but not resold above face value. If the event is cancelled, tickets are refunded in full; if rescheduled, tickets remain valid with a refund option.
3. At the venue
Entry implies consent to event photography and filming for recap and press use. The bar is 21+ with valid ID. We may refuse entry or remove anyone endangering safety or disrupting the event, with no refund in cases of misconduct.
4. Digital collectibles
Digital items connected to tickets, merchandise or artworks are collectibles with utility. They are not investments, securities or financial products, and we make no representation about any monetary value. Purchasing anything on this site never requires a crypto wallet; optional digital claims happen on the OpulX marketplace under its own terms.
5. Merchandise
Merchandise is sold under the Pre-Order Terms, which form part of these terms.
6. This website
Content is © OpulX Media / its artists and licensors; press assets on the Press page may be used for editorial coverage. The site is provided “as is”; to the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law our liability related to the site or event is limited to the amount you paid us. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
