Pre-Order Terms
Effective September 4, 2026 · The Digital Loom merchandise pre-orders
1. What a pre-order is
Every Digital Loom item is a numbered limited edition produced to confirmed order. Nothing is in stock when you purchase. The pre-order window closes on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM MDT; production begins after the window closes.
2. Payment
Your payment is captured in full at checkout. This funds the production run — it is the mechanism that lets us make small numbered editions at all. By checking the pre-order acknowledgement box at checkout you confirm you understand items are produced after September 20 and are not shipped or available immediately.
3. Edition numbers
Your edition number(s) (e.g. 07/20) are assigned automatically at the moment of successful payment, in order of purchase, and printed on your item’s collector card. Edition numbers cannot be chosen, transferred between orders, or reprinted.
4. Fulfilment
Default fulfilment is free pickup at the event (October 10, 2026, JUMP Pioneer Room, Boise) — bring your order confirmation email. Uncollected pickup orders can be collected from OpulX Media within 30 days of the event or converted to paid shipping. If you selected shipping, orders dispatch the week beginning October 12, 2026. Coffee ships within the United States only.
5. Refunds & cancellations
You may cancel any pre-order for a full refund until the window closes on September 20, 2026 — email hello@opulx.io with your order number. After the window closes, production has started on your numbered piece and orders are final, except: items that arrive defective or damaged are replaced where possible or refunded in full; if we cannot produce or deliver your item for any reason, you receive a full refund. Ticket refunds are governed by the event terms.
6. The digital layer
AR experiences and digital twins are provided as a collectible bonus and utility. They are not an investment, carry no promise of monetary value, and are not required to enjoy the physical item. AR requires a compatible smartphone browser; a preview video is always provided as a fallback.
